BMI = Weight (kg) ÷ Height² (m)
Parameters: Height in cm (converted to metres), Weight in kg.
Ranges:
· <18.5 Underweight
· 18.5–24.9 Normal
· 25–29.9 Overweight
· ≥30 Obese.
Basis: World Health Organization (WHO) standard BMI classification.
Calorie Calculator (BMR & TDEE)
Male: BMR = 10W + 6.25H − 5A + 5
Female: BMR = 10W + 6.25H − 5A − 161
Parameters: W = weight (kg), H = height (cm), A = age (years).
TDEE: BMR × Activity multiplier (1.2 sedentary → 1.9 very active).
Basis: Mifflin–St Jeor equation (most accurate for general population).
Water Intake Calculator
Daily Water (ml) = Weight (kg) × 35 ml
Parameters: Body weight in kg. +500 ml added for active/very active users.
Basis: European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) hydration guidelines.
Heart Rate Zones
Max HR = 220 − Age
Parameters: Age in years.
Zones:
· Warm-up 50–60%
· Fat Burn 60–70%
· Cardio 70–80%
· Peak 80–90%.
Basis: Fox & Haskell formula; universally adopted in sports science.
Blood Compatibility
ABO + Rh (Rhesus) antigen matching rules
Parameters: Donor blood group and recipient blood group (A/B/AB/O · +/−).
